Working as an intern for Auburn Undercover/Inside the Auburn Tigers, I coordinated with staff to fill gaps in their coverage through the first six months of 2022. My primary role was writing shorter, engaging stories that would drive traffic to the website and draw readers in. I also had the opportunity to travel to my first road coverage, with a trip to Ole Miss and Tennessee in spring 2022 to cover Auburn men's basketball, two trips that helped me get a true feel for what it's like to do my job in an unfamiliar environment.
